Our client, a successful foundry is currently seeking Fettlers for an ongoing casual role in Wingfield. You will be working with molten metal, therefore previous experience in a similar environment or a heavy industrial environment is essential. You will be working on either day or night shift, 4 days per week and undertaking 10-12 Hour shifts.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Using a grinder to trim burrs off parts
- Using a sander
- Loading/Unloading the paint line
- Sorting of parts
- Using power tools to cut and trim parts
Essential criteria:
- Recent experience in a heavy industrial environment
- Use of hand tools and grinders
- Team player
- Commitment to an ongoing role
- Not afraid of hard work and happy to work with heat and in a noisy environment
- Able to work long hours and stand for long periods
