The Role
We are looking for a HP Indigo field service engineer - Labels & Packaging to carry out maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting and remote support, installation and commissioning to our Melbourne installation base with a requirement to travel national and international from time to time. This is a pivotal role to the busdiness as you will join the expanding Australian and New Zealand talented service team.

Key Responsibilities
- Breakdown service and fault finding
- Installation and commissioning
- Customer training and mentoring
- Remote support repairs
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- An individual who is driven and can develop customer relationships
- Great communication skills, can listen as well as have the ability to establish and build both internal and external relationships
- Great verbal and written skills
- IT savvy
- Disciplined approach to service reporting including service hours and parts usage
- Ability to travel (when required) nationally and internationally
