This SA owned company imports, sells and maintains both Commercial Kitchen and Commercial Laundry Equipment, Australia Wide. The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic energetic and QUALIFIED Service Technician to work in the Operations Department. Duties will include servicing and maintenance of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment in the field and in the warehouse, This responsible role will require the applicant to be fully qualified and have the ability to diagnose, fault find and repair. A vehicle and mobile phone will be provided as the position is based mainly at our customers place of business around the Adelaide Metropolitan area and also inner country locations.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you must have;
- The ability to communicate exceptionally well with customers.
- The health and ability to perform manual work in this vocation.
- An excellent presentation and a bright and happy personality with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- An A class electrical license and the ability to fault find, repair and disconnect and re-connect commercial appliances.
- A Refrigeration qualification and experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- A drivers licence.
- A forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.
- Microsoft Office experience and computer skills at a medium level.
- Exceptional grammar, spelling and numeracy skills is required.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with some business acumen, as it is essential when working for this company.
- The ability to use initiative, which is paramount.
- The desire to learn and grow in this fast paced work environment.
