We are a small to medium sized company with a great working team, have an excellent company safety record and a good ethical approach to work. An Opportunity is available for a number of Electricians to join our team and be involved in a Medical Construction project at the University of Canberra for an approximate period of 4-6 months.
We are looking for Reliable, Experienced and Qualified electricians that have had a wide variety of experience within the industry, we require someone who is fit, healthy and possesses an enthusiastic professional approach to getting the job completed and can take the lead on jobs when needed. You must possess a Safety First attitude and have the ability to help us deliver neat and professional work and to meet our high levels of quality. You will be required to work unsupervised and also in a team environment.
To be part of the MB Electrical Services Team, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Trade Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic
- Construction Card
- Valid driver's License
- Minimum 5 Years' Experience in the Trade
- Cardiac & body protect experience preferred but not essential
- Familiarisation with the AS3003/2011
- Experience on Construction sites and commercial projects
- Experience with reading electrical plans
- Safety conscious in all work conditions
- High Level of Customer interaction Skill
- Fits well in a team but also has the ability to work autonomously
To apply you must have post Apprenticeship experience and experience working in Australia within the electrical industry, with a working knowledge of AS3000 wiring rules.
