Reporting to the Service Manager, your main duty will be to liaise with builders and consumers to deliver outstanding customer service, quality control and the general repair and service of windows and doors.
Every day is a different day and you will relish meeting customer expectations as this position will involve you to think outside the box while you utilise your time management, attention to detail and technical skills.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- General repair and maintenance of windows and doors
- Customer service, quality control and conflict resolution
- Administration tasks to be completed in showroom
- Prioritise the needs of the branch, head office and your customers
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- Interact within company departments of estimating, service, sales and factory
This is a great opportunity for the person with a trade, service or manufacturing background who has basic computer knowledge, a driver license and the ability to use basic hand tools.
Experience working in industries of building, construction or manufacturing would be highly regarded.
YOU MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AND WHITE CARD.
