An Australian made and owned company with over 20 years' experience in the industry, Aussie Lifts continues to deliver outstanding access solutions across Australia.
We specialise in limited mobility platform commercial and home lifts, providing the elderly or disabled with the ability to move up and down each floor of their home or public building with ease. Along with residential and commercial platform lifts, we also supply and install a variety of low-rise hydraulic lifts and ramps. We are looking to employ a Qualified Sheet Metal Worker to work at our Acacia Ridge factory.
We are after a motivated and experience Sheet Metal worker to join our team.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes and abilities:
· Minimum 5 years' experience & trade qualification
· Experience operating a modern press-brake and guillotine (Durma)
· Working with colorbond, stainless steel and mild from 0.5mm to 2mm
· General fabrication skills, understanding thicknesses etc.
· Ability to read drawings
· Welding experience an advantage
· Forklift license an advantage
This is a permanent position for the right candidate, offering full time hours.
