Holco Fine Meat Suppliers at Cavan, a leading supplier to the Food Service industry, has an opportunity for an experienced qualified Butcher/ Knifehand to join our team.
This hands on role will suit fit energetic persons looking for a secure career in the Food Service industry.
Reporting to the section supervisor the successful applicant will be involved with:
- Preparing meat products by cutting & trimming
- Order processing and packing
- Assembly of orders to customer and company requirements
- You will be working with beef, lamb, chicken and pork products
Experience in a MAP environment will be well regarded.
Position available for immediate start.
