Job Overview:
We are currently working alongside a national and industry-leading food manufacturer who own some of the biggest names on the shelves worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to engage with Maintenance Fitters to work from their Western Sydney factory on a permanent basis.
Day to day duties;
- Carry out regular preventative maintenance checks as well as reactive
- Responding to breakdowns to minimise production downtime
- MIG & TIG welding as and when required
- Liaise with the electrical team regarding production issues
- Report into the Engineering Manager
- Work rotating day and afternoon shifts with casual loading in place
What do I need to be considered?
- 2+ years manufacturing experience within a FMCG environment
- Mechanical qualifications
- The ability to weld
- The ability to communicate with other members of the maintenance team
- A pro-active and passionate individual who wants to progress
- Full working rights in Australia
