The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager who can provide exceptional customer service in regards general queries involving the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client calls - after sales support;
• Responsible for providing information in regards to general queries or issues related to complains, mechanical faults, competitions, release dates and others;
• Works with a high degree of autonomy with authority to make decisions in relation to specific customer contact matters;
• Takes responsibility for the outcomes of customer contact and rectifying complex situations involving emergencies, substantial complaints and faults, disruptions of service or customer dissatisfaction;
• Work in a customer contact centre environment and use call centre monitoring technology;

Requirements

• Mandatory - Automotive industry knowledge (dealership, mechanical, sales, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to identify, confirm and action customer requirements;
• High personal integrity and loyalty
• Strong problem solving skills
