Allied Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor for an ongoing position located in Kwinana.

• Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for work requirements and safety procedures
• Manage all operations assigned to achieve timely and cost effective completion of project milestones
• Organisation and management of labour within work teams
• Completed their qualification and be competent in all aspects of their trade
• Ability to inspire, lead and supervise a small fabrication/construction crew
• Have strong communication and time management skills
• Proficient in Stick, Tig and Mig welding
• White Card or equivalent
• EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets a benefit
• Structural fabrication to fine tolerances
• Experience working in a busy hands on environment
• Excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
• Ability to read and interpret Fabrication and Construction Drawings
• The ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Self-motivated and passionate
• Willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• A proactive approach to tasks as well as being a team player
• A "can do "positive attitude with attention to detail
• Punctual, honest and reliable
