Who do we need?
Due to exciting growth, we are looking for a confident and highly organised individual with experience in a similar position and sound knowledge of automotive mechanics to join our team!
What will you be doing?
In this role you will carry out the following tasks:
- Taking enquiries and service bookings from a range of customers
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to provide updates on their cars
- Liaising with the workshop controller to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently
