Toowong Mitsubishi & Kia is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our service team located in Toowong. This exciting opportunity will suit a well presented professional with a love of customer service and a reasonable knowledge of cars.
The successful applicant will be responsible for booking in customers when they arrive with their vehicles, following the progress of their vehicle during the course of the service, advising the customer of any additional repairs and then handing over to the customer at the end of the day.
Ideally you will have superior customer service skills, be polite, reliable, have excellent organisational skills and have intermediate PC skills. Some selling of preventative maintenance items form part of this role.
Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry would be highly regarded.
