Here are Le Bon Choix we are seeking to hire a motivated, strong and dedicated Pastry Chef.
As Leading Brisbane Patisserie creating 5 Star modern quality patisserie products you will be all hands on in the kitchen. To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding food quality, only candidates with a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence need apply.
The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a large kitchen, a genuine passion for cooking, self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
They will also be prepared for high volume production, have true apprenticeship qualifications (pastry course will not be considered as qualified or experienced), and must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
