Le Bon Choix is a leading Brisbane Bakery which supplies its retail stores and wholesale customers quality baked bread and pastry.
We are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our team, with the opportunity for a position available for the right person.
To be successful in your application as skilled baker you must have the following attributes....
- Experience with artisan bread products and deck oven ( at least 40 loaves/hour )
- Be able to efficiently hand mould
- Have experience with large production numbers
- Fast, efficient and love a fast paced work environment
- Love to work and work hard
- Be able to work under time restrictions, pressure and unsupervised
- Understand quality and importance of consistency
- Work as part of a team
- Be able to produce products from scratch recipes (no premixes used in our kitchens) and calculate %'s and dough ratio weights
- Fit, healthy and strong
- Be able to follow HACCP programs and guidelines
- Available weekends
Factory based at Northside Brisbane, Please be aware of this before to apply.
The ideal candidate must also be willing and open to learning new and different methods, following current protocol, and be reliable. Have had at least 3 years post apprenticeship experience and a proven track record performance that can be verified.
