We are a leader in the service and repair of medical and aged care equipment in hospitals, nursing homes and private homes and have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician servicing and repairing various items of medical equipment such as patient hoists, electric beds, commodes, wheelchairs, pan sanitisers, Biomedical Equipment, vital signs monitors etc. for our clients Australia wide.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience with this kind of work however this is not essential. What is essential is 100% Customer Care, loyalty and the right attitude as this role will be largely autonomous and requires someone with a "get the job done" approach. You will need enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. A good understanding of the medical industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
You will need to be a technically minded, hands on person with the ability to think through issues and fault find problems on your own. You will also interact with clients on a daily basis so a high level of customer service skill is required.
To be considered for this role it would be an advantage to have the following:
. Police Check
. Electrical, Restricected Electrical or Test and Tag Licence
. Good communication skills
. General computer literacy
. Strong customer service focus
. Strong diagnostic skills
. Have excellent problem solving skills
. Have solid time management skills
. Be able to apply company operational procedures, along with industry reporting procedures
. Full manual car drivers licence
BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT testing experience / qualification
Our Office is in Condell Park NSW 2200
Prior experience in this industry would be preferred , but is not essential
