The Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional customer service regards general queries involving the business.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Outbound calls – 200 per day, with the call time varying between 1-5 minutes
• Welcome and courtesy calls after new purchase – Confirm customer details and level of satisfaction with the purchase;
• Marketing calls – arrange dealer to contact for test drive, based from web enquiry or previous interactions
• Volumes of calls fluctuate based on new vehicle release & campaigns

Requirements

• Automotive exp. preferred – not essential
• Must have experience in contact centre environment
• Great communication skills over the phone
• Attention to detail
• Fast learner
• A positive attitude;
• Strong work ethic
