Busy busy busy! There's a great vibe of enthusiasm in Kalgoorlie at present and the Service Department at Goldfields Toyota needs some help!
The main focus of this newly created Assistant Service Manager role is to assist our Service Manager in the running and organizing of our Service Department on a daily basis and to slide into his chair when he's not on deck!
The right candidate will need to assist in achieving solid levels of Guest Satisfaction, meet and greet our guests, coach our Service Advisors and Workshop Controller in getting it done right as per our Toyota Guidelines and generally provide leadership and direction to employees within the Service Department.
Our ideal new Team Member will ideally have had previous experience within a Service Department, strong knowledge of the Automotive Industry, the ability to work under pressure and a strong focus on delivering the best Guest Experience possible.
