About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Maintenance team based at our Somersby manufacturing facility. Located only 45 minutes north of Sydney, you will be travelling against the traffic in both directions.
Working on state of the art equipment you will be responsible for project work, scheduled & unscheduled breakdown maintenance and trouble shooting. Our maintenance team work a Monday to Friday day (6:30am-2:36pm), afternoon (2:30pm-10:36pm), and night (10:30pm-6:36am) shift structure. We are looking for someone who is able to be flexible and work accross these shifts.
About you
To be considered for this position you will:
- Be a qualified tradesman with industrial experience
- Hold an Electrician's licence
- Have experience in machine trouble shooting/problem solving and fault finding
- Have proven PLC experience
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Be motivated, hard working, reliable and flexible
