Due to ongoing customer demand, Tandem has an immediate need for subcontracting companies to provide quality copper Faults & Installation, FTTN & NBN services in Victoria.

Subcontracting Opportunity

With increasing work volumes, in multiple locations across the east coast of Australia, Tandem is seeking expressions of interest from skilled I&M subcontractor companies and workers in a number of locations.

What subcontractors need to have to provide services to Tandem?

Our expectations of companies who provide services to Tandem are designed to ensure we always deliver the best result for our clients. To provide subcontractor services to Tandem you will need:  

• A passion for serving customers
• Experienced in Copper Fault & Installation technicians, FTTN & or NBN Consumer & Business installations
• Restricted or preferably Open ACMA Cabling Licence
• Key HSE requirements including a Construction Industry White Card, Working Safely at Heights(RIIWHS204D) and Basic First Aid/CPR;
• To be a Pty Ltd company, registered for GST with appropriate business insurance including public liability, workers compensation and stock in stores/transit – or ability to become a Pty Ltd company
• To own required tools, equipment, vehicle, mobile phone etc. (commercial vehicle required)
• A current, valid driver's license and a willingness to travel in order to meet customer needs
• The right to work in Australia
• To be prepared to provide a Police Check
