CV Asset Services are currently seeking a full-time Client Services Manager - Plumbing, to join the Asset Services team in Brisbane.

About the role:
To succeed in this role, you will be required to have experience managing teams of your own, including staff & contractors and delivering PM & RM maintenance across a diverse range of assets. Demonstrated strong working knowledge of and experience with the technical details of the plumbing industry, and plumbing associated service lines, and an understanding of standards and practices is also required.
This role will enjoy the variety of administration responsibilities as well as the manual requirements of a Client Managers position. The successful candidate will need to build and maintain solid internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. You will be customer focused and able to think on your feet and show initiative. Strong communication, attention to detail, planning and time management skills are key in this role. You will be a reliable, team player with a calm presence.

Key results areas include:
Financial - Meet agreed budgets (commitments) and business planned outcomes
Operational Effectiveness - Responsible for the successful day-to-day operational aspects of the business and to meet all regulatory and business goals
Service standards and delivery - Provide strategic direction to ensure service deliverables in accordance with the Agreement and put in place plans for further improvements. Meet service delivery expectations and targets of CV Asset Services group, the customer and legislative requirements
Safety - Effective management of all related WH&S, environmental and quality issues

Education and experience:
Relevant experience in asset management, maintenance management, facilities management or business management would be favourable
Trade qualifications or relevant experience in plumbing, and or other relevant trade associated disciplines
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively communicate (in both oral and in written form) with all levels of management, employees, customers, contractors and other stakeholders
Sound knowledge of and experience in the use of computer applications
Ability to motivate, lead, manage change and work in a multi discipline and multifunctional team

Requirements of the role:
Ability to maintain an Australian Federal Police clearance
Plumbing certificate
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
