The Company
Skout Solutions is a joint venture between two global organisations, Broadspectrum and Randstad. Our core services are centred around the Trades & Services industries, therefore we are always seeking suitable candidates for our fluctuating business demands, whether it may be short or long-term.
The Role
Skout Solutions in conjunction with Trace JV are currently looking to engage a number of qualified & experienced Lagger Insulators.
These roles will be casual and will require flexibility. Successful candidates will be called upon to assist with the execution of peak workloads, shutdowns & brownfield scopes. This work will be sporadic and in some cases, may be short term, however may lead to potential full-time employment with Trace JV in the future. Please note these roles are not suitable for FIFO, Darwin residents only.
Successful Candidates must be immediately available and possess the following:
Requirements
• Certificate III in Engineering - Sheet metal or Fabrication Trade
• Confined space entry
• Working at Heights
• Current First Aid certificate
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including D&A
• High Risk EWP, SB, RB, DG & LF - not essential but highly regarded
Skills & Experience
• Experience in a maintenance environment
• Extensive experience with cryogenic insulation
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon production systems and associated hazards
• Experience with piping & vessel insulation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow process & procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
