The Role
In this newly created position we are looking for a fulltime National Technical Manager of Color.Me by Kevin Murphy.
Responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Management of Technical team and Guest Educators nationally
- Facilitate annual Technical Conference
- Induction of new employees and educators
- Ensure monthly budgets and targets are met
- Ensure staff KPI’s are met
- Work closely with department managers
Management of Education Program, including;
- Develop and write curriculum; class handouts, case studies and power points
- Collate and report on Customer Feedback
- Assist with developing education calendar including course descriptions, course dates and requirements
- Asses class delivery and content of technicians and educators
- Facilitate classes
- Write and implement format for classes
What we are looking for
Apart from being a qualified hairdresser a cert IV in training and assessment will be highly regarded. A high degree of colour knowledge and a sound technical ability is a must.
You will also have the confidence and experience to present to both small and large audiences in an interactive and professional manner. Previous experience in managing a team is a must.
