We are looking for a capable and dedicated Accessory Fitter to join our newly developed Predelivery Centre in Derwent Park.

About you.

You are a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to your work, you have the passion and drive to get in and get things done efficiently. You are friendly and confident, with a good eye for detail. You are a hands-on kind of person, with the ability to think on your feet being one of your many skills. You understand the importance of ensuring your work always meets the highest standard.

About the role.
In this role your main responsibilities will be to efficiently and effectively fit accessories to new and used vehicles, report and document faults and defects, consult with the Service Manager on daily job orders, perform a final pre-delivery inspection and report before the vehicle is released to the customer.

To be successful, you will have:
• previous experience in a similar field
• knowledge of automotive fitment principles
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• great situational initiative and be self-motivated
• a current motor vehicle driver's licence.

Qualifications as a mechanic / automotive technician would be highly regarded.

You will need a current driver's licence, a clean criminal history, and you must pass a pre-employment medical test (including drug and alcohol).
