This leading food manufacturer based in the Northern Suburb's of Melbourne currently requires a highly skilled and proactive maintenance fitter to join their team.
Working a afternoon shift you will be required to set up, maintain and repair all aspects of their production plant including liquid filling lines. Part of the role will include some operational work.
To be successful you will need to have experience in the food industry and have a sound understanding of HACCP or GMP. It is also essential that you have solid skills in fault finding, problem solving and preventative maintenance.
Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Previous work in the food industry
- Pumps
- Motors
- Valves
- Crate packer / case packer
- Conveyors
