Our client is an international success story in large and small home appliances.

We are currently looking for experienced Field Service Technicians to join a global organisation specializing in home appliances. This particular organisation has established an exceptional reputation for delivering high quality products and outstanding service coupled with a great team culture.

Your responsibilities include

• Attending service calls on consumer appliances as per daily run sheet
• Ensure all appliance , repair information and parts usage is documented
• Provide complete technical support to customers and services agents on site as required
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Management and resolution of customer concerns

You will need to have the following:

• Current Disconnect/Reconnect licence or full A-grade electrical licence
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Exceptional electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A positive and confident approach to customers
