About the business
We are small-to-medium sized (10-20 employees) electrical contractor operating out of Yatala, servicing Brisbane and Gold Coast specialising in Industrial and Commercial Maintenance and Installations.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced service manager to join our team, reporting directly to the business manager. You will be required to work closely with the business and office managers, as well as field service technicians. We are a fast-paced, growing team and your responsibilities will be varied from day to day, however expect them to include:
- Scheduling, coordinating and managing regular service requests
- Quoting and estimating minor projects and upgrades
- Assisting with preparation of maintenance tenders
- Acquisition of new customers
- Providing back-office support to field service technicians
- Meeting with clients on site
- Providing on-site support to field service technicians as required
- Monitoring on-site OH&S and QA compliance
- Procurement and purchasing; liaising with suppliers
- Attending to service calls where field service technicians are not available
The role would be ideally suited for qualified electrical tradesperson who is experienced in Service Management while being enthusiastic and driven to deliver quality and cost effective work to the customer,
