Service Advisor

Wignall Ford & Kia Mornington is an established and respected automotive business.  We are now seeking a passionate Service Advisor who can focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all our valued clients. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will be 100% focused on managing and exceeding your customers expectations whist their vehicle is in our care. If you are enthusiastic and driven then we want you!

This role would suit either an experienced Service Advisor or a Service Technician who is keen to take the next step and get off the tools. 


The successful applicant will possess:

• Customer Centric Nature
• Proven experience in a similar high paced role
•  Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with your customers
• Knowledge/ experience using ERA
• Excellent time Management skills
• Passionate about all things automotive
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Valid driving license
• Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
