• The role is based in Ballarat servicing customers in the region 
• You will install security monitoring systems and CCTV, ranging from a few hours or over several months
• You will service and maintain existing sites
• You will be on a roster for on call support
• Ensure that product and service promises are delivered.

• Read and understand plans and work orders
• Ensure your van is in good condition and you have the components to complete the scheduled jobs
• Assess customer site and install and cable the equipment, this includes crawling in roofs cavities and accessing down walls
• Sign off on the work, clean the site and discuss status with the customer

• You can relate to the requirements for installing data cables, equipment, CCTV in a variety of sites
• You have knowledge of networking and IT
• You must be organised, disciplined and able to manage your time
• You will have the ability to project manage your individual jobs
• You obtain a clear understanding of the customers' requirements.
• You fix any issues promptly while they are small
• Capacity to learn, training includes full ongoing product knowledge.
