Our client is a major supplier of workshop service solutions and offers a range of world renowned brands to both franchised and independent service centres throughout Australia. With their head office based in Brisbane, they focus on delivering profitable and sustainable workshop solutions to a diverse range of clients operating within the automotive, heavy vehicle and associated sectors. In addition to providing workshop hardware, they also offer design, installation and refurbishment services, coupled with ongoing scheduled maintenance and repair.

With more and more dealerships choosing to utilise their services, our client has an immediate need for two Field Service Technicians to operate in the South East Queensland region. For these roles, we are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with a mechanical / technical background in service management, who would like to break away from the monotony of working at the same site, day in day out, and join a business that is currently experiencing a massive influx of work. The position, whilst based in Brisbane, may require some travel throughout the state, and possibly interstate on an as needed basis, with all associated costs borne by the business. 

Your primary duties will be focused around the ongoing maintennce, repair, inspection and installation of a range of workshop equipment including post lifts, scissor lifts, mobile column lifts, wheel balancers, aligners, changers and much more. The ideal candidates will have a mechanical background as a Technician and if you have had exposure to a similar role, that will be warmly received. Full training will be provided to get you up to speed with our clients product range, with regular ongoing training also taking place.
