Assistant Clinic Manager

We have a fantastic newly available position for an Assistant Clinic Manager to join our team!

The Ideal Assistant Clinic Manager will have/be:

• Mature in approach
• Diploma in Beauty or equivalent
• Recent in-salon experience is a must
• Experience in managing a store, clinic or day spa
• Experience with Skincare / Cosmetic sales and performing skin consultations and treatments
• A proven sales background and track record of achieving sales targets and budgets
• Sound Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to multi task, prioritise and effectively time manage
• Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)
• Proven skill in advance dermal / laser therapies. 
• Advanced experience in laser including pigment, veins and facial rejuvenation
• Must be able to work Saturdays

Desirable but not essential:

• Laser licence or minimum logged hours with relevant experience
• Experience in rejuvenation, hair removal and other laser treatments

The Role:

• Responsible for the overall day to day management of the Clinic in absence of the Clinic Manager
• Championing sales, and coaching other staff in sales and diagnostic techniques
• Will be responsible for training all new staff members in accordance to our company protocols.
• Will be responsible for ensuring the staff are constantly being educated to improve their skills and to keep their skills at a high level
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients
• Assist with day to day operations of the clinic including banking, managing and coaching staff, daily checks on equipment and consumables
• Provide treatments such as microdermabrasion, masks, peels, scrubs, Dermal rolling / stamping
• Provide Laser or IPL hair removal or Rejuvenation treatments
• Reception duties
• Ensuring that all clients are cared for before and after their treatment
• Assisting the Clinic Manager in reviewing sales reports and stats
