About you:
  
You are first and foremost your electrical ability to problem solve is second to none, however you have found you have a flair to mechanical aspects also, and are really looking for a role that will change and forge a stable and progressive career path.

About the role:

Working out in the field, there are 4 key areas where you will add significant value; Installation, Service & Maintenance, Breakdowns and OH&S. Some of your main responsibilities include;

• Creating value driven and lasting relationships with your customers
• Conducting routine maintenance for each machine throughout NSW and interstate
• Attending breakdown inspections, determine the problem and overcome it
• Fault find and diagnose the problem either phone or face to face
• Assisting with conducting pre-site inspections and oversee delivery
• Installing machinery, start to finish
• Managing stakeholders and training end users on how to use machines

  
Qualifications & Experience
  
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need to be able tick the list below;

• Technical trade; ideally electrical with an interest in mechanics
• Heightened problem-solving and fault finding skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong commitment to the end user and customer experience
• Current and unrestricted Drivers licence
