We are currently searching for a recruitment consultant to join our team.
Someone that can look after a variety of client jobs such as CNC, Engineering, Technical, Sales and Management jobs.
We have success in getting business as most clients are repeats or referrals, we need someone with skills to source applicants or take control of the jobs and fill our vacancies particularly our CNC Jobs.
In this position you will need excellent people skills as you need to source great talent and build relationships with clients.
You will be given clients and job vacancies as soon as you start and given the autonomy to manage and develop your own client portfolio that suits you and assist decision makers from SMEs to global organisations to source top staff.
You will be given the best technology in the industry as we offer the latest software technology, ATS & CRM Plus posting tools, plus ongoing support and training. We also offer the best team environment.
This position may also be suitable for persons on a holiday work visa.
Someone that understands CNC Machines would be an excellent fit as allot of our clients are from this sector.
To apply you should have the following:
- Understanding of CNC
- Trade or MechEng qualifications ideal
- Natural sales skills.
- excellent customer service/ relationship building skills
- Excellent presentation.
- Must have excellent phone skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Engineering or Manufacturing industry knowledge.
