Aon Ari Property Fund owns a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties across Sydney.  We now require a full time property maintenance person to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Attend to all regular property maintenance on each site (specific tools provided)
  • General Building ware & tear
  • Overall Handy work
  • Tenancy requirements
  • Lawn & garden maintenance
  • Cleaning of common areas interiors & exteriors including walkways, foyers, stairwells, driveways etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our tenants onsite and acting as the first point of comment for maintenance related concerns
• Assessing and addressing tenant / property concerns, and putting solutions into action:
  • Handyman work; minor repairs, painting, plastering, carpet etc
  •  meeting external tradespeople
• Adhoc project work for head office

Qualifications and Skills Required

• WE VALUE WORK ETHIC AND ATTITUDE FIRST AND FOREMOST
• We require a mature, reliable and motivated person who can work efficiently.  You will be managing your own schedule and workload with little guidance so a true professional is required.
• Experience with property maintenance and grounds keeping
• Good communication and computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
