Tyrepower Melton is looking for an experienced and exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team.
Business has been trading in same location for well over 40 years and been part of the Tyrepower group for more than 30 years.
Role and Responsibility
Providing exceptional customer service
Performing administrative functions in the business including counter duties and phone enquires.
Handle inbound calls with professionalism, speed and efficiency.
Display a high degree of product knowledge and enthusiasm
Organising the workshop
Manage and assist other employees with their day to day duties
Ensuring the normal day-to-day running of the shop
Tyre fitting as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
Experience in managing staff
Desirable
Mechanical qualifications
Tyre fitting experience
Wheel alignment experience
