ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Security Officer at The Star you'll be provided with a professional & supportive start - two weeks paid full-time training including buddy shifts to ensure you're confident to provide the best possible customer service to our guests when you hit the floor.
DUTIES
- Static role, position rotating every hour and a 15 minute break every hour
- 12 hour shifts from 7-7 with most of your shift on your feet
- Deliver excellent levels of guest service every time
- Provide information & directions to our guests about our complex
- Ensure a safe environment for our team members and guests
- Check Identification & RSA
- Assist with responsible service of alcohol
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1AC Security Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- RSA
- RCG
- Customer service experience
