HPA is a telecommunications company based in Dandenong, Vic 3175. Established in 2005. With more than a dozen of full time employees, providing telecommunication field asset maintenance and infrastructure construction services. Our excellent safety and quality record helping us built up with great reputation in the industry, secured some exclusive contracts. Management has over 30 years technical background in telecommunications industry, and 18 years business managing experience.
Due to further expansion of our business, we are moving to establish our own traffic and environment management section to help with our growing work requirement.
About the role
- Prepare and handle all compliance requirement in order to obtain accreditation from Vic Roads and EPA Victoria
- Plan, budget and setup operational team for traffic management and vacuum excavation
- Schedule workload and resource allocation for field operation
- Train stuff on HSE and maintain safe, smooth and professional operation
- Develop and improve operational systems and processes
- Integrate with other field work
About you
- Proven field experience with traffic management for more than 12 months
- Familiar or able to adopt knowledge on regulations and laws for traffic management and environment service
- Ability to demonstrate and apply leadership, management and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain safety first culture with high quality work outcome
- Ability to identify, deliver and manage efficiency improvement opportunities
- Willing and capable to take responsibility, be a team player, join and support team members until work is completed, with well understanding of this is not a 9-5 job
