Our well established Melbourne client who contracts to large Tier 1 companies and provide services such as directional drilling, pit and pipe civil construction, underground cable hauling, fibre splicing and copper jointing for the telecommunications sector,  have expanded into Brisbane, Queensland. 

We are currently looking for experienced Cable Haulers to join their team in Brisbane, the successful candidates will be experienced cable haulers working on various carrier networks.

Duties will include:
• General Fibre & Copper Hauling
• Rod & Rope work as and when required
• Assist in preparation of setting up work sites for the days tasks
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all hauling equipment
• Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
• Strong focus on efficiencies and quality of work
• Absolute adherence to OH&S standards

Candidates will require a white card and Drivers Licence. Truck licence would be a big advantage.
The successful applicants will also be committed to adhering to and demonstrating an active ability towards safe working practices, work autonomously and in a team environment, be physically fit, reliable and punctual, self-motivated have attention to detail, a good work ethic, sound verbal and written skills and utmost pride in their work.

Hourly pay rate or salary dependent on experience and knowledge.
