Butler Plumbing is an active and expanding maintenance plumbing business based in Fitzroy servicing the CBD and inner suburbs of Melbourne. We have a strong, stable client base and have built a "can do" reputation with quality workmanship.
We are growing our Roof Maintenance Services and we require an experienced roof plumber who can drive this expansion. The work is domestic and commercial maintenance. It includes roof, gutter, flashing, downpipe work - repair and replacement.
The candidate must have extensive experience in diagnosing leaks and providing effective solutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, mature and motivated individual who has the following qualities:
- A Licensed plumber with a Minimum of 10 Years experience
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Willing to learn Estimating / quoting roof repairs
- Understands and follows all relevant plumbing and OH&S regulations.
- Loves taking ownership of a problem and solving it
- Accurate with paperwork
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to train junior staff
- A good sense of humour is a must.
Our clients are largely Real Estate agents, Office Managers and Facilities Managers so tact, diplomacy and follow through are imperative. The ability to supervise and mentor younger tradesman is highly desirable.
Please note : A non negotiable criteria is that any applicant is to be Australian trained and qualified. Applicants must also possess a current Victorian Drivers licence.
