We are seeking an experienced parts interpreter with a strong focus on customer service to join our team on a Full Time basis at our Bunbury Branch.
The Role:
- Draw on your mechanical and parts knowledge to assist customers with their technical concerns or enquiries;
- Contribute to the overall success of the store through providing superior, up-to-date information on products and services to customers both over the phone and in-store;
- You will be required to provide front line technical support, product advice and assist customers by making recommendations in relation to technical and sales enquiries.

About You?
To be considered for this opportunity, ideally you will have
- A ‘Customers Come First’ attitude;
- A passion for the Automotive Industry and Covs Products;
- Previous experience in parts interpretation and/or retail sales;
- Sound knowledge of Automotive Parts or Mining and Industrial Supplies;
- A willingness to work in a busy multi-skilled team environment;
- Computer Literacy, attention to detail and a willingness to work in a busy multi-skilled team environment; and
- Valid Drivers Licence
