Boilermakers & Sheet Metal Workers Required!
We are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers with experience in the sheet Metal industry, for a position based in Northern Brisbane. This position will be working Monday to Friday, with the flexibility of day and afternoon shifts. This position will be an immediate start for the right candidate.
This role will include; studying blueprints, drawing and specifications to determine each job requirement. The objective will be to fabricate and repair metal products and component’s by welding in the most efficient way. You will be operating with hand and power tools to shape and bend, and joining metal sections using welding, bolting, and riveting techniques.
To be successful, applicants must possess the following experience:
- Boilermaker Trade Qualification
- Extensive experience in the sheet metal industry
- Previous significant experience TIG & MIG welding
- Hold Reading Drawing Experience
- Quickly adapt into the team environment
- Demonstrate a positive & reliable attitude
- Willing to work in various areas of the areas of the warehouse when required
- Be available for either day or afternoon shift
