The Romeo's Retail Group is a dynamic SA independent retailer trading 25 supermarkets under Foodland and IGA banners, along with News agencies and an Organic Wholefood Store.
We are seeking experienced Butcher Managers to manage a number of Meat Departments in a number of our metropolitan stores..
The ideal applicant MUST BE A QUALIFIED BUTCHER with managerial experience, preferably with in the supermarket industry, with the following qualities
Excellent customer service skills
People Management skills
Cost control including wages
Staff rostering
Shrinkage control
Make the most of every sales opportunity
Excellent merchandising skills
Achieve sales and profit budgets
Maintain food handling standards
