Mega Electrics Australia is a well established and successful electrical business experienced in Industrial, Mining, Installations, High Voltage and Telecommunications since 1991.
We are currently seeking full time qualified Electricians with general experience with Tunnel Boring Machines and Tunnelling for our office in Sydney area.
In this role, you will be working throughout the Sydney region carrying out general tunnel works, service work, maintenance, fault finding, testing, and installation duties for the NorthConnex, WestConnex and Sydney Metro Tunnels.
The position may include rotating shift or permanent shift work if required.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A current NSW Electrical licence.

Reside in NSW Sydney area.

General experience in tunneling works.

A current NSW manual drivers licence.

Current LVR and CPR certificates (Tunnel site requirements).

Construction Induction Card.

Proficient knowledge of electrical drawings.

Experience in control wiring.

Fault finding and diagnostic abilities.

General electrical installation.
-
Ability to work unsupervised.

Excellent customer relations and time keeping.

A team player approach.
