THE ROLE:

The work will be fast paced and varied. performing maintenance and small project works predominately within local government and commercial buildings, a can do attitude is a must and the ability to problem solve. The role includes but is not limited to: 

• Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistance.

• Select and use appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions and Campeyn Groups policies and procedures.

• Carry out maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to customers.

• Undertake general electrical maintenance to all building electrical facilities such as lighting, dimmer controls, power points, main switchboard and distribution boards.

• Minor level inspection to building essential safety measures.

• Carry out Test and Tagging to all electrical appliances.

• Raise and close off work orders within specified timelines

• Assist the Team Leader in the supervision of contractors as required.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE:

•  A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience working in domestic and commercial environments

• Emergency and exit lighting testing, 

• Evidence of your experience

• A current, clear manual drivers licence

• Satisfactory Police and Working with Children clearances or ability to obtain this when requested.

• Demonstrated understanding of OH&S responsibilities functions and practices

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of our team

• Good time management and problem solving skills

• Strong Technical Understanding

• Professional presentation

• A desire to succeed within a supportive team environment

• A grade Electrical Licence.
