The Role:
SNP is seeking a professional customer focused individual with extensive Security experience. The position is a Casual role based at multiple Government sites within Melbourne CBD that role and responsibilities are to manage the consistent delivery of customer requirements through the development and implementation of consistent procedures, policies and operations. The role requires a high level of customer engagement with all stakeholders, customers and personnel in a professional manner, administration duties, excellent communication via email, phone and directly.
To be considered, you must require the following:
- Must have Australian Citizenship
- Must have a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance
- Current VIC Security licence
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Professional Customer Service Skills
- Intermediate to Advance Computer Skills
Some of your main duties will include:
- Administration tasks
- Access control and CCTV experience
- Immaculate presentation
- High level of professionalism
- Incident report writing
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
