The Company:

This specific division has outgrown other internal departments and their competition in Australia year on year and they are currently seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join their Commercial HVAC Service team. This role will be directly reporting to the National Service Manager.
The Role:
As the Project Support Technician, your main responsibilities will be to manage commissioning and service projects with Air-conditioning units/solutions across the Melbourne territory, ensure a high level of client service is met and that all work is conducted as safely as possible. Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Reporting on commisioning of VRF and VRV solutions within commercial space to Service Managers and the Quality Control Manager
- Manage client expectations and relationship where appropriate
- Consistent liaison with internal staff such as Customer Service, Sales and Operations
Skill Set Required:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a Service Technician within a Tier 1 company
- Experience within the Air conditioning or HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge and recent experience with VRF technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
