We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate electrician to join the Engineering & Maintenance Team on the afternoon shift (12:45 pm to 9:00 pm). You will be working closely with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager and the Electrical Team Leader.

To succeed as the Industrial Electrician, you will meet the following criteria:
- Industrial Electrician experience, ideally in FMCG and GMP environments
- PLC, VSD Knowledge, programming and fault finding
- Must be NSW UNRESTRICTED LICENSED
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Australian codes and regulations AS3000
- Knowledge of safe work practices and Machine Safety
- Full Australian working rights
- Hydraulic / Pneumatic experience highly advantageous
- The ability to pass a functional assessment including drug and alcohol screen
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
Primary Duties:
- Trouble shoot, assemble and wire electrical switchboards, which involves low and extra low voltage circuitry such as PLC modules, relays, converters, transformer, circuit breakers to meet production targets
- Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and upkeep of documentation
- Work with minimal supervision
