About role

Our Perth branch is currently looking to fill a Service Engineer position.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W equipment, for one of our Metro customers.

As a member of the Perth Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment.

Ideal Candidate

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

  • Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.
  • A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development.
  • Applicants must possess a strong mechanical / electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond
