About the company
Our client undertakes plant maintenance contracts, trouble shooting exercises, static equipment control monitoring and inspection and improvement of rotating equipment. Their workshop facility is fully equipped to handle complete overhaul of rotating equipment and refurbishment of mechanical seals.
About the role
Our client is looking for a Trade Qualified Fitter to travel to Chinchilla on a 2 week on/1 week off roster. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Repairs to all makes of pumps & seals
- Submersible pump, seal spares & repairs
- Seal Testing
- Steams turbine repairs
- Troubleshooting
- Pump re-build
Requirements
- Trade Qualified Fitter
- Ability to troubleshoot/fault find
- Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing pumps and seals
- Ability to work well within a team
