Due to the importance of this role, our client requires an experienced Warranty Clerk for their dealership.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Warranty Claims and related issues, whilst ensuring factory payments and internal accounts reconcile each month. The successful applicant must be fully conversant with all manufacturer Warranty information; thus ensuring all claims are accurate.

 The successful applicant will need:

• Proven experience in warranty processing,
  Nissan and Mitsubishi experience is preferable
• Strong knowledge in Era & Era Net
• To manage a multi-task workload, meet priorities and the continually changing work environment demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
• Sound administrative knowledge
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work in an autonomous manner
