Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill has an exciting opportunity for a Valet/Concierge. This is a unique opportunity to join our new dealership that has recently opened in July 2018.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will have previous experience in a Customer Service position, excellent organisational skills with the ability work in a fast paced environment.
Key Duties
- Meet & greet clients
- Direct Service Customers to Service Reception
- Park client vehicles
- Ensure car park is at all times accessible & clean
- Moving & parking of vehicles to downstairs car park
- Check that all client vehicles have been filled with fuel & cleaned
- On occasions, assist with the Courtesy Bus
- Liaise with Service Advisors in regards to Loan Vehicles
Qualifications/Experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to ensure the safety of customers and their vehicles
- Ability to operate unsupervised, and take pride in work performed
